Little Voices Music & Motion

Little Voices Music & Motion  is a research-based music class for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, with grown-ups along for the fun. They sing, dance, play with instruments and movement props to a wide variety of traditional and original songs and chants.
Music is vitally important for a child's development; it assists all learning. Children in Little Voices classes learn not only accurate pitch and rhythm, but also fundamental language and math skills. They develop themselves socially and emotionally and build fine and large motor skills.
Families form supportive communities, strengthen bonds, escape from their daily routines and relax. And it's all FUN, FUN, FUN because children learn best by playing.

Little Voices Music & Motion wants every child to have music in their life. Scholarships are available. For more information, please email or visit their website or facebook page

Classes are offered through the Ithaca Youth Bureau, the Town of Lansing, the Town of Dryden, and at the Cornell Child Care Center and Jillian's Drawers.

Director Kathryn Russell is a musician, teacher, actor, and playwright. Growing up in a family that loved music provided a wonderful foundation for her lifelong relationship with music.
